What is a PCP Finance Agreement?

 

Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) is secured against the car you're buying. You'll be the registered keeper, however you will only own the car once all repayments are made, including the optional final payment. If you choose to not make the final payment you can hand it back to the lender or trade it in at a dealership.

What is a HP Finance Agreement?

 

Hire Purchase (HP) is secured against the car you're buying. You'll be the registered keeper, however you will only own the car once all repayments are made, including any option to purchase fee.
